Hi all, I just wanted to drop a little note to see how everyone is doing and to say that this time of year with little ones going back to school and posts and pictures all over social media of children can be very difficult and triggering. I just wanted to acknowledge that its a hard time for a lot of people and that we are here to support you all. Sending lots of love to everyone and know that its okay to feel a bit low or anxious – you are not alone. Fran x
