Together, we’ll explore the benefits of different forms of exercise from strength training and cardio to yoga, walking, and restorative movement, and how physical activity may need to adapt during treatment cycles, recovery periods, pregnancy preparation, or times of emotional stress. We’ll also discuss listening to your body, managing expectations, and finding a balanced approach that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
