Hi, I absolutely love my fertility acupuncture sessions. My acupuncturist is Charlotte Steed. She has over 20 years experience and specialises in fertility and pregnancy and worked at the Zita West clinic. I see her in Blackheath but she also practices in Canary wharf and Wimpole Street. I have learnt so much about my menstrual cycle and had never realised how out of balance I actually was. I am having acupuncture throughout my IVF due to poor ovarian reserve and Charlotte tells me the acupuncture research shows that it helps with blood flow, hormonal balancing and stress management amongst other things. I really could not be without my weekly acupuncture sessions. Charlotte has such a wonderful bedside manner, is kind, professional and understands all the medical jargon and my drug regime. My friend recommended her to me and thanks to her support, I feel optimistic about this cycle and am already responding better than my previous one (no acupuncture).
