Have you had a look through some of our blogs? We have a number of specialists on the team who contribute to the blogs and share information in terms of diet, supplements, do’s and don’ts etc. I think the best thing to do would be to start preparing for treatment by making sure that you are getting enough rest, plenty of fluids and taking recommended supplements such as folic acid, Vitamin C and D and Zinc.
