About the event
Our members’ virtual community catch-up sessions are a Safe Space for members to connect, share stories, ask questions, and gain support from others in the IVFN who truly understand what you’re going through.
This month, we’ll be focusing on supplements during perimenopause and menopause exploring what may help, what to approach with caution, and how to make informed choices. Together, we’ll discuss commonly used supplements such as magnesium, vitamin D, omega-3, herbal remedies, and phytoestrogens, as well as how they may support symptoms like sleep disruption, mood changes, and hot flushes. We’ll also reflect on how to navigate conflicting advice and ensure supplements are used safely alongside any prescribed treatments.
