About the event

This month, we’ll be exploring how optimising physical health can support fertility. We’ll be joined by Kate Taylor, Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer, Move to Conceive, who will share key information about improving physical wellbeing to enhance fertility outcomes, from nutrition and exercise to sleep, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments. Also joining us will be Melanie Brown who is a nutritionist specialising in improving natural fertility and preparing for IVF. She is particularly interested in endometriosis and PCOS and the effect of nutrition on ameliorating their negative effects on fertility. Together, we’ll discuss realistic ways to prepare your body for conception and treatment.

This is a welcoming, confidential, nurturing, and judgement-free space for people impacted by fertility issues. We hope you can join us to learn, share, and feel empowered on your journey.
