This month’s Ask the Expert session introduces key emotional wellbeing tools and therapies to support you through the ups and downs of fertility. Join us as Rosanne Joseph-Horne guides us through evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and journaling.
