Session Overview – click to expand
Reproductive health challenges can affect employees physically, emotionally, and professionally – yet many people still feel uncomfortable talking about conditions such as Endometriosis, PMOS* (*formerly PCOS), infertility treatment, hormone health, and pregnancy loss.
This open and informative session brings together clinical expertise, scientific insight, and lived experience to explore the realities of reproductive health and the impact these experiences can have on wellbeing, confidence, work, and everyday life.
Together, we will create a safe, honest, and supportive conversation designed to break stigma, improve understanding, and encourage more informed and compassionate workplace support.

Fran specialises in both male and female fertility, reproductive wellbeing, and the emotional side of things. She can also point you towards relevant resources on The IVFN platform and specialists in The IVFN directory if you’d like to explore further.
- Your session lasts 15 minutes. It’s a one-to-one conversation, just you and Fran. No forms to fill in beforehand, no follow-up reports. Just honest, judgement-free guidance tailored to wherever you are right now.
- No written notes or reports are provided after your consultation. If Fran suggests next steps, she’ll talk you through them during your session.
- These are mini consultations for advice, support, and signposting. They’re not a substitute for a full clinical appointment, and Fran won’t be able to review test results or provide a treatment plan in 15 minutes.
- Every conversation is completely private. Nobody at Boots will know what you have discussed and if your session is in-person, only the individual ushering you into yoursession with Fran will know you’ve attended.

Colleagues NOT based in D90 Support Office
If you are attending an in-person consultation, please note you must arrive a few minutes early and wait in the area outside of the recording studio/WF43 (Boots Support Office). A member of the Reward Team will direct you to the room for your 1:1 session with Fran. This allows the team to ensure yours (and others) privacy between sessions. Your support is appreciated. Late arrivals may not be seen or have their 15 minute session time reduced to remain on schedule, as it affects everyone’s slot.
